Fannie Farmer, an American culinary expert, enrolled in the Boston Cooking School at the age of 30 and became one of the school's best students. She stayed on after graduation and later became the school's president. Several years later she produced the first edition of the Boston Cooking-School Cookbook.
This is a large, all encompassing reference cookbook. From which pots and pans to use, how to make bread, cook eggs, soups, fish, meats, poultry, potatoes, vegetables, desserts... everything is covered, and more!
